- Log in to your Rentler account and go to the “Payments” section on your dashboard. To get started, you’ll first need to verify your identity by clicking the Get Verified button.
- Click “Add payment” and select your property from the list of previously added or create a new property in the Rentler system.
- Add your tenants and their contact information. Multiple tenants can split rent amongst themselves on their own. Don’t worry, we will send an invitation to each tenant you add.
- Complete the rental payment section. Here, you can specify a grace period and the amount of a late fee that will automatically apply once the grace period has ended. Also, you can add additional monthly fees, such as pet fees, utilities, parking, and others.
- Confirm your bank account.
- Finally, review and submit.
